DBC Students,
In April 2006, Daytona Beach College (DBC) began issuing a
new official College ID to all students, the DBC OneCard. This College ID will acts as your refund and financial aid disbursement card.
Even if you do not receive Financial Aid, there may be instances in which you do receive
a refund from the College. For example, if you drop a class during the
drop/add period.
When you receive the card, you will use it to make your
choice of how you want to receive future refunds and financial aid. You can choose:
- an Easy
Refund (direct deposit to a new free checking account and debit card)
- an electronic transfer to your
existing bank account
- or a paper check.
The choice is yours.
If you are not certain that we have your current mailing address, take a
moment and visit F@lconNet Online Services at www.dbc.edu and update your address information. If
you do not have a current DBCC picture ID card, you may have your digital picture taken at
Campus Safety Office on the Daytona Campus or the Registration Office on any other campus.
This digital photo will be imprinted on your new dbccOne Card.
We are very excited about this opportunity to provide students faster service and a choice on how they wish to receive their refunds and financial aid. We encourage you to share this information with your classmates. We need your help
in getting the word out to everyone. Look for more information on this program in the coming weeks. To get a sneak peak, go to www.dbccOne.com !!
